Plasterers Blend – Returns & Refund Policy

We appreciate your business at Plasterers Blend. Our returns policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our customers. Please take a moment to review our returns and refund policy.

Unfortunately we can not accept returns. 

Unfortunately we can only offer refunds for faulty, defective or damaged items only. We can not be held responsible for ordering incorrect items so please ensure you check your order before confirming payment. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We accept returns for faulty items within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact our customer service team at contact@plasterersblend.com with your order number and clear images of the fault as soon as possible. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects. This includes change of mind, wrong products or dissatisfaction with the product. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return of a faulty item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds or Replacements
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
