We aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. Please review our shipping terms below before placing an order. Some orders may be shipped in more than one package and may arrive in separate deliveries.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Some orders may require additional processing time due to high demand or stock availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery on orders over £20 (FREE to mainland UK) – Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days.
  • Standard Delivery on orders under £20 (£3.99 to mainland UK)
  • Express Delivery (£4.99) – Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days.

Please note: While we aim to meet these delivery times, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is FREE for mainland UK on orders over £20.
  • Standard shipping is £3.99 for mainland UK on orders under £20.
  • Express delivery is £4.99 for eligible orders.
  • Shipping costs for other UK regions are calculated at checkout based on order weight and size.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders that are misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact Us page or email contact@plasterersblend.com.

- If an item arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
 - Lost shipments will be investigated, and a replacement or refund will be issued if confirmed lost by the courier.

Important: We are not responsible for stolen parcels if the courier confirms a successful delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including in cases where a replacement is needed.

8. Express Delivery – Terms & Refund Policy

  • Express delivery is available for £4.99 to mainland UK.
  • Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM GMT on business days to qualify for express delivery.
  • Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Refunds for Express Delivery Delays:

  • If the courier fails to deliver within the stated time and the delay is not due to external factors (e.g., incorrect address, missed delivery), we will refund the £4.99 express fee.

However, we cannot refund express shipping fees for delays due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Courier strikes or disruptions
- Unforeseen local delays

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
